Payroll & employment overview
Payroll &
employment
without the admin
Hiring in Spain comes with contracts to register, Social Security filings every month and withholding to settle with the Tax Agency. We take that work off your desk, from the first hire to the last finiquito.
A dedicated labour specialist works alongside your accountant, so payroll, Social Security and your accounts always tell the same story.

FAQ
What people ask before joining Numonis
How much does payroll cost with Numonis?
Payroll management costs €45 + VAT a month for the first person and €17.50 + VAT a month for each additional person. Contracts, registrations and terminations are included. Registering a new employer costs €75 once.
Can I use Numonis just for payroll?
Yes. You can hire payroll on its own or together with accounting and tax. When we handle both, your payroll entries reach your accounts without you passing anything on.
I’m hiring my first employee. What do I need?
Your business must first be registered as an employer with Social Security, with a workplace account (CCC). We handle that registration, prepare the contract and register the new starter before their first day.
Can you take over payroll from my current provider?
Yes. We collect contracts, payroll history and Social Security access from your current provider and plan the handover so the next payroll runs on time.
Do you help with labour inspections and dismissals?
We prepare dismissal letters, warnings and finiquitos, and support you through labour inspections and SMAC conciliations. Any legal work is charged separately.
