About Numonis
Small businesses keep Europe’s economy running, but the systems behind their accounts were never made for them. Figures arrive late, useful information sits in spreadsheets, and their accountant spends the day retyping invoices instead of talking to them.
At Numonis, our own software does the repetitive work: reading documents, matching bank movements, keeping files in order. That leaves our accountants free for what clients actually hire them for, which is knowing the business, explaining the numbers and spotting problems early.

What we care about
Four things we hold ourselves to, whether we’re handling a client’s accounting or writing code:

Say it plainly
If a client needs a glossary to understand us, we’ve got it wrong. We explain things in plain words and keep our tools simple.

Don’t let things slip
In this job a missed deadline costs the client money. We plan ahead and check our work, so nothing reaches them late.

Know the client
We learn how each business actually works before we suggest anything, and we fit our work around it.

Build what helps
We use technology when it saves our clients or our accountants real time. If it doesn’t, we leave it out.
