01 / How it works
What your accountant does with your WooCommerce orders
- Records each order as a sale, with its date and its VAT.
- Matches your orders with what your payment gateway pays you, and records the gateway's fees as an expense.
- Matches each of the gateway's payouts with what arrives in your bank.
- Records refunds and tells you if they change the quarter's income.
How it connects
- 01
You connect your shop
From the Numonis platform, once.
- 02
You connect your payment gateway
If you take payments through Stripe, you connect it too. If you use another, tell us which one and we'll connect it.
- 03
Your accountant checks the first month
They make sure orders, payments and bank all match, and settle the VAT rate for each product.
- 04
Every month, matched
From then on they match each order with its payment and write to you if something doesn't add up.
02 / Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to export my WooCommerce orders?
No. Once your shop is connected, your orders and refunds reach the platform on their own. Your accountant only asks you if something doesn't match.
Which payment gateways does it work with?
Stripe connects from the platform. If you use another, tell us which one and we'll connect it. Your accountant matches all your payments with your bank.
What if I sell to customers in other EU countries?
Your accountant checks which VAT each sale carries and tells you if you need to file through the One Stop Shop (OSS).
