01 / How it works
What your accountant does with your Shopify sales
- Records each order as a sale, with its date and its VAT.
- Records refunds and tells you if they change the quarter's income.
- Records payment fees and your Shopify subscription as expenses.
- Matches each payout with what arrives in your bank.
How it connects
- 01
You connect your shop
From the Numonis platform, once.
- 02
Your orders arrive on their own
Every order, every refund and every payout to your bank.
- 03
Your accountant checks the first month
They make sure your sales match the bank and settle the VAT rate for each product.
- 04
Every month, matched
From then on they match each payout with your bank and write to you if something doesn't add up.
02 / Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to export my Shopify orders?
No. Once your shop is connected, your orders, refunds and payouts reach the platform on their own. Your accountant only asks you if something doesn't match.
What if I sell to customers in other EU countries?
Your accountant checks which VAT each sale carries and tells you if you need to file through the One Stop Shop (OSS).
What if I also take payments through Stripe or another gateway?
You connect Stripe too, and if you use another gateway, tell us which one and we'll connect it. Your accountant matches all your payments with your bank.
