01 / How it works
What your accountant does with your terminal settlements
- Records your card sales as income, with their dates.
- Separates the bank's fees from your sales and records them as an expense.
- Matches each settlement with what arrives in your account.
- If you have several terminals, at one bank or more, matches them all together.
How it connects
- 01
You connect your terminal
From the Numonis platform, by picking the bank that provides it.
- 02
Settlements arrive on their own
Your card sales and every fee, with nothing to download from your bank's website.
- 03
Your accountant checks the first month
They make sure the settlements match your account and settle how your sales are recorded.
- 04
Every month, matched
From then on they match each settlement with your account and write to you if something doesn't add up.
02 / Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to send you my terminal settlements?
No. Once the terminal is connected, they reach the platform on their own. Your accountant only writes to you if something doesn't match.
What if I have terminals at more than one bank?
You connect them all. Your accountant matches each settlement with the account it lands in.
What about card refunds?
They come through with the settlement. Your accountant records them and tells you if they change what you'll pay for the quarter.
